I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, primarily thanks to the outstanding service from Melissa at the front desk, who was always friendly and helpful. The location felt a bit quieter compared to the bustling center of Waikiki, which I appreciated. However, the room had some issues with noise from outside and the air conditioning unit, which detracted from the comfort. Overall, the hotel offers great value and a pleasant atmosphere, despite a few drawbacks.
